  • What can I expect from my consultation?

    Appointments are up to 40 minutes and have 4 simple steps…

    1. Your fitter will introduce herself and offer you a hot or cold drink, whilst getting to know you talking through the key features you require for your new bra.

    2. You will be measured.

    3. A choice of bras or products will be offered to you to try on which will be suited to your shape, size and preferred style and look – we hold stock here in our fitting rooms for you to be able to take home on the day, or alternatively we can order them on line to be delivered to your door.

    4. We will take the stress out of ordering and we will do this for you on the day.

  • Deliveries

    If your product is in stock, and is ordered via our web portal, this usually takes around five working days to be delivered to your chosen address.

  • How do I return items for a refund or exchange

    This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights

    Your legal rights
    When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or mis described.

    Our policy
    In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. Please return the unused goods to us with the original receipt within 14 days and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note.

    If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! You need to return your goods within 14 days of purchase.

    Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

    Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
    Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original its original product packaging.
    Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
    Faulty goods can be refunded in full.

    To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

    1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.

    2. You will then receive an email from us to let you know we have your return request and how we plan to organise this for you.

    3. Send all items back to us addressed to: The Bra Ladies, c/o Healthshare, Norwich, Norfolk, NR4 7TY.

    Additional Questions you may have

    How long it takes to receive your refund, replacement product, or TBL credit – we aim to do this within 14 days of receiving the products.

    Any postage fees the customer will need to pay.

    We suggest you post your returns using “Signed For” or by other means to ensure safe delivery. We are sorry, but if your package is lost or damaged, we may not be able to refund you.
